FAQ

Your questions, answered

What is wuntou?

A free app for anyone with a skill. Show your work, get discovered by people nearby and in your field, and apply for gigs with a personalised pitch.

Is wuntou free?

Yes. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid boosts or ads.

Do I need to be a freelancer to post a gig?

No. Anyone aged 18 or over can post what they’re looking for and hear from people with the right skills.

How do payments work?

Wuntou doesn’t handle payments. You agree the terms and pay each other directly.

Is my information safe?

New posts, comments and gigs are checked before they’re shown. You can report or block anyone, and you choose who can message you. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

Safety

Calm by design, safe by default

  • Every report is taken seriously

Report any post, comment, gig or person in a couple of taps. Our team reviews every report, and anyone who breaks our rules faces warnings, suspension or a permanent ban.

  • You decide who reaches you

Block anyone at any time, and you’ll no longer see each other. Choose whether everyone can message you, or only your circle: the people you follow or who follow you.

  • Adults only, with strict rules

Wuntou is only for people aged 18 and over. New posts, comments and gigs are checked before they’re shown, and there’s zero tolerance for abuse or harassment.

Read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, or report a concern to support@wuntou.com.
